Directions for Use 
For general health and wellbeing only a heaped teaspoon a day to support optimum health, good nutrition and help muscle recovery. We recommend adding a heaped teaspoon to a glass of cold water.
If you are taking for sport performance and recovery we recommend you take a teaspoon two hours before training and within 20 minutes after exercise in place of the usual daily recommended dose.

Please note: Children or adults under 50kg should only take half a teaspoon daily. Take in conjunction with a varied diet.
